How Interactive Maps Can Boost Your Sales.

Engage your buyers and help your sales team with interactive maps. Here is an example of a map for 122 lots over 4 stages. The aim for this developer was to be able to manage the release of the four stages at different times and manage the live pricing for each lot. Lots were marked For Sale, Reserved or Sold in real time and were managed with our real estate CRM. The client had full control over which lots they wanted to display For Sale and which ones they did not want to sell. This was further managed by having lots which were for sale and those which were sold appearing in different colours as you hovered over them

After the first stage successfully sold, we then made available the second, third & fourth stages so that at any one time there were never too many lots for sale and buyers and building reps could access and see at any time which lots were available and the positioning of these within the estate. This meant when agents or building reps were with buyers they could provide them with a much more interactive experience which enabled a smoother transaction with the buyer.

In this estate we were also able to match specific house designs that fitted on individual lots based on the lot width and lot length of the land. This meant prospective buyers could see which house combinations were able to fit the lot and as a result they were much more qualified when speaking with their building reps as to what they wanted.

High Rise Building Interactive Maps

Successful websites

If you have a high rise building we can apply the same technology and functionality as to land subdivisions except we can do this across the levels within the building and the different floor plate’s designs and individual floor plans. As you can see in the first image below, we can scroll up the building image and select a specific level within the building. Once we select the level, the floor plan appears on the left.

In the second image, you are then able to hover your mouse over the selected floor plan and then see which units are available for sale. Once you find the design you are interested in you can click on this for a more detailed view and specifics about the particular unit. From here you can then make an enquiry or register your interest or reserve the property if you are a registered agent with your username & password credentials.
